As a Virtual Assistant at CWA Group, you will be responsible for providing administrative and organizational support to our team. Pay: $29.34 - $32.54 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and scheduling meetings
Monitor and respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication in a timely manner
Compile and organize documentation, reports, and other materials
Assist with social media management and help maintain our online presence
Conduct research on various topics and present findings to the team
Make travel arrangements and coordinate logistics for team members
Create and maintain databases and spreadsheets
Support team members in completing various projects and assignments

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Familiarity with social media platforms
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
