Job Title: Utility Worker III - US

Location: Delaware Water Gap PA

Note : Interviews are Required. Must be Flexible to work all shifts: 1st Shift: 7am 3pm, 2nd Shift: 3pm 11pm, 3rd Shift: 11pm 7am. Pre-shift meetings begin 10mins before each scheduled shift. Employees may clock in up to 15 minutes early only if they are attending the meeting. Otherwise, clocking in is permitted no more than 5 mins before the shift start time. Schedule for the upcoming week is posted every Thursday. Steel Toe Shoes Are Required. If selected candidates are late or NCNS, they will be terminated immediately. No exceptions. Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Forklift operation experience (approximately 10% of job)
• Experience handling chemicals
• Experience operating industrial machinery (e.g., core cutting machine)

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Perform general manual labor throughout the mill
• Pick up paper, sweep floors, shovel materials, and clean using hand tools
• Operate core cutting machine to cut cores
• Handle chemicals following safety procedures
• Operate forklift to move paper, empty dump hoppers, and transport rolls and pallets
• Perform additional labor and utility tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Heavy industrial work experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Forklift experience or ability to operate forklift
• Must be fully cleared to start (background, drug test, onboarding)

Work Environment:

• Mill/industrial setting
• Exposure to hot, cold, dirty conditions
• Physically demanding, safety-sensitive role
