Service Background: Minimum of 3–6 months experience in a customer service or call center role. Prior remote work is advantageous.

Independent Work Ethic: Proven ability to be a self-starter . You manage your schedule effectively, absorb new information quickly, and reliably achieve performance metrics.

Commitment: Must be available for a minimum of 20 hours per month (opportunity for increased hours based on need and performance).
