Job Description

We’re looking for a Podcast Producer & Content Manager to manage the planning, messaging, coordination, and publishing of a purpose-driven podcast promoted across audio platforms and YouTube. This role oversees the process, guides the videographer, and creates all supporting written content. Role Details • Approximately 20 hours per week • Hourly or project-based compensation, depending on experience • Remote, with occasional in-person meetings in San Diego How to Apply Submit your resume and examples of podcast or long-form content you’ve managed, along with a brief note on your interest in purpose-driven brands Responsibilities: • Manage the podcast workflow from planning through publishing, ensuring a consistent release schedule • Contribute to episode messaging, themes, and key talking points • Coordinate with one videographer and provide clear edit direction • Guide YouTube positioning, including thumbnail direction, titles, and descriptions • Write episode titles, show notes, YouTube copy, social captions, and email blurbs • Publish episodes across podcast platforms and YouTube • Repurpose episodes into promotional assets • Coordinate guest scheduling, prep materials, and follow-ups • Track performance metrics and recommend improvements Qualifications: • Podcast production or long-form content management experience • Strong writing skills and message clarity • Working knowledge of YouTube thumbnails, titles, and descriptions • Familiarity with podcast recording and remote interview software • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently • Willingness to attend occasional in-person recordings or planning sessions • Interest in content serving seniors is a plus (can be learned) About Company: We’re a purpose-driven real estate brand with a growing media presence through The Unapologetic Caregiver Podcast, YouTube, and social media platforms.
