The Help Desk Analyst 1 provides technical support and troubleshooting assistance for computer hardware, software, and audio-visual equipment. This role involves diagnosing and resolving Tier 1 computer issues, supporting videoconferencing, and traveling to various court locations to provide on-site support.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for computer hardware and software.

- Diagnose and resolve Tier 1 computer issues.
- Travel to different court locations to provide on-site support.
- Utilize personal vehicle for travel between court locations (mileage reimbursed).
