Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Forklift Operator with 2–3 years of hands-on experience operating stand-up, sit-down, and reach forklifts . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of warehouse operations and safety protocols. You’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient movement, storage, and handling of materials within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate stand-up, sit-down, and reach forklifts to move, load, and unload materials.

• Perform daily safety checks on equipment and report any issues.

• Pick, pack, and stage materials for shipment.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.

• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of forklift operating experience (stand-up, sit-down, and reach trucks required).

• Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one).

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
