Role Summary: Responsible for pulling orders, prepping for outbound shipment, loading and unloading freight accurately, inspection and other warehouse related duties. Ensure all products are accurately pulled and over-packed correctly to customer expectations.

Principal Responsibilities:

(The following is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. It is not an exhaustive list of all expectations.):

• Safely operate forklift and other material handling equipment (MHE) including sit down, reach truck, cherry picker, layer pick, etc.

• Load inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers

• Accurately pull orders based on location, part number, batch and quantity

• Placard, weigh, and record dimensions on appropriate paperwork

• Sort outbound freight based on carrier lane assignments

• Over-box pallets, wrap pallets and strap pallets in preparation for shipment

• Perform cleanup activities in the work area to ensure safety and cleanliness of dock

• Keeping shipping supplies organized and communication on supply needs

• Daily forklift inspection sheet completed prior to operation of forklift

• Complete other duties or tasks as assigned

For this position, the expected base pay is: $19.50 / Hourly.  Actual base compensation will be determined based on various factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
