We are currently seeking a Scrum Master to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Responsibilities:

• Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams, facilitating the adoption of SAFe practices. 

• Educate teams on various Agile frameworks and methodologies, including Scrum, and SAFe. 

• Ensure that the agreed-upon Agile process is followed, promoting continuous improvement and high-performing team dynamics. 

• Facilitate team and program-level events, such as PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and Inspect & Adapt workshops. 

• Collaborate with Product Management, Portfolio Management, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective program execution. 

• Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth delivery of value. 

• Foster a culture of transparency, trust, and collaboration within and across teams. 

• Support the implementation of Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and coordinate with Solution Train Engineers and Release Train Engineers. 

• Monitor team performance and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement. 

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience 3-6 Years or 6-9 Years

• Experience in scaling Agile practices in large, complex environments. 

• Knowledge of Lean principles and practices. 

• Experience with other Agile frameworks and methodologies. 

• Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth delivery of value. 

• Foster a culture of transparency, trust, and collaboration within and across teams. 

• Support the implementation of Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and coordinate with Solution Train Engineers and Release Train Engineers. 

• Monitor team performance and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement.
