Pay Rate Range:  $85,000 - $100,000

Job Responsibilities:  

• Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to develop detailed estimates.
• Conduct site visits and gather information for accurate project pricing.
• Prepare bids, proposals, and material takeoffs for roofing projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and clients to ensure accuracy and alignment on scope.
• Maintain current knowledge of market pricing, materials, and labor costs.
• Identify potential risks or issues that may affect project costs or timelines.

Requirements:  

• 3+ years of experience in roofing estimating (commercial or residential).
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
