The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will contribute to the growth of this dynamic desk, leveraging your recruitment expertise and business development skills to deliver outstanding results for clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and interview coordination to offer negotiation and post-placement support.
• Work with buy-side and sell-side financial services clients to run campus hiring programs for intern and graduate-level roles.
• Develop new business opportunities while maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients.
• Provide insights to clients and candidates on campus hiring trends and best practices in the financial services sector.
• Achieve individual revenue targets while contributing to the growth and success of the Early Careers team.

About You

• Proven billing track record of $175k+ (recent, with some self-generated business).
• Experience in recruitment, ideally within the financial services or early careers space.
• Strong understanding of the campus hiring process and the unique needs of financial services clients.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
