Job Title: Receptionist / Luxury Concierge

Location: Dallas, TX

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Type of Employment: Contract-to-Hire

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Industry: Luxury Retail / High-End Client Services

Benefits: This position is eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, and 401K benefits available after 60 days on contract

Job Description:

Addison Group is partnering with our client to identify a polished and professional  Receptionist / Luxury Concierge to join their team. This individual will be the first point of contact for guests, providing an exceptional front-office experience that reflects the high standards of a luxury brand. The ideal candidate will possess a refined demeanor, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering world-class customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Coordinate front desk operations, including scheduling, guest communications, and administrative support.
• Handle incoming calls, messages, and inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Support event coordination and VIP client appointments, maintaining an elevated standard of service.
• Anticipate client needs and provide personalized assistance to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or front office environments preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional presence.
• Ability to remain composed under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities with accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology.
• High attention to detail, organization, and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
