Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Public Relations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting the development and execution of PR strategies that enhance brand awareness, manage media relations, and build positive public perception. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with experience in press outreach, writing, and brand positioning.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain media lists, press kits, and outreach calendars
Draft and distribute press releases, media pitches, and briefing documents
Assist with the coordination of interviews, press events, and speaking engagements
Monitor media coverage and create detailed reports for clients
Support PR campaign execution across various client accounts
Maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and industry contacts
Ensure brand messaging is consistent and aligned across all communications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field
1-3 years of experience in public relations or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Experience with media databases and press tracking tools is a plus
Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
