We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and coordinate energy efficiency and infrastructure projects in a dynamic, results-driven environment. This role involves managing workflows, ensuring accurate documentation, and liaising with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth project execution. You will play a key role in optimizing program processes, verifying deliverables, and supporting incentive programs. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of energy efficiency initiatives, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely while contributing to impactful projects that enhance energy efficiency and operational performance.

Accountabilities:

• Review and ensure accuracy of submitted project documentation and tools for incentive processing.
• Coordinate weekly processing of project batches and incentive invoices for various programs.
• Serve as the main point of contact between internal back-office teams and external partners.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with program requirements and quality standards.
• Support process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and project outcomes.

Requirements

• Knowledge of New Jersey energy efficiency programs, including Direct Install, Building, and HVAC Tune-Up initiatives.
• Experience with incentive processing and project tracking systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting project deadlines.
• Familiarity with QA/QC procedures for project documentation.
