Job Description

Program Manager

Remote

5 years Contract

Scope of Work: Implementation Support candidate will provide staff augmentation and expertise to support project management, governance and technical support activities for the duration of the contract period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead planning and implementation of the HCMACS EHR Program across agencies.
  • Coordinate stakeholder communication and program governance activities.
  • Manage risk, timelines, scope, and program performance metrics.
  • Support cross-agency collaboration and change management planning.
  • Represent program in executive and external stakeholder forums.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience managing large-scale healthcare or IT programs.
  • Degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field.
  • Experience with Epic, state-level health policy, and vendor coordination.
  • Knowledge of Agile, PMBOK, and federally funded project environments.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
