At Gifthealth, we're revolutionizing the way people experience healthcare by simplifying the process of managing prescriptions and health services. Our mission is to provide a best in class, seamless, personalized, and efficient healthcare experience for all our customers. We're a dynamic, innovative, and customer-centric company dedicated to making a positive impact on people's lives.

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Product Data Analyst to join our Product team. In this role, you’ll transform data into insights that guide product development, improve user experiences, and drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, skilled at working with data, and excited to collaborate with product managers, engineers, and leadership to help us innovate in healthcare.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret product and customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for product improvements.
  • Product Insights: Partner with Product Managers to translate business questions into data-driven insights that inform feature development and roadmap decisions.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track product performance, adoption, and customer engagement.
  • Experimentation: Support A/B testing and product experiments, ensuring statistical validity and actionable insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, operations, and customer success teams to understand data needs and deliver clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Data Quality: Monitor and ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of product-related data sources.

A Few Things About You

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience:
    • 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a product, healthcare, or tech environment.
    • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
    • Familiarity with statistical analysis and experimentation (A/B testing, regression analysis, etc.).
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable working with both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Curiosity and a proactive mindset—comfortable asking questions and digging into data independently.
Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work on a computer for extended periods.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in virtual and in-person settings.

  • 401(k) with company match that is immediately vested.
  • Generous paid time off and flexible work environment.
  • Ongoing professional development and career growth opportunities.
