What You'll Do: * Training Clients: Depending on the situation, you will take clients through a program built by experts in the field, or create individualized training programs tailored to each member’s needs, fitness level, and goals. * Fitness Consultations: Conduct consultations to assess members' fitness levels and develop long-term plans that align with their goals. * Sales: Help members understand the benefits of personal training and sell appropriate packages that match their needs. * Club Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and organization of the club, contributing to a positive and professional atmosphere.
