Comprehensive Incentives: We offer a competitive base salary of $65,000 to $90,000 along with eligibility for a full benefits package starting within your first month. Provide Individualized Treatment: Conduct one-on-one sessions, designing and implementing customized plans of care for a diverse range of pediatric patients.
Encourage Family Involvement: Actively involve parents and caregivers in sessions, empowering them to carry skills and exercises into the child's daily life.
Collaborate with Peers: Work closely with a team of Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists, including co-treating when clinically appropriate, to ensure patient success.
Manage Administrative Tasks: Complete administrative duties, with guaranteed time built into your schedule for these tasks.
Education: Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
Licensure: Must hold a current or pending license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the respective state.
