POSITION: Occupancy Compliance Manager
LOCATION: San Francisco, CA.
STATUS: Full Time / Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Oversee occupancy compliance for assigned properties and housing programs.
Conduct tenant file reviews and ensure timely certifications and renewals.
Maintain waiting lists, applications, leases, and related documentation.
Train and support property and compliance staff.
Ensure adherence to Fair Housing, ADA, and Section 504 regulations.
Serve as liaison with HUD, PHAs, TCAC, auditors, and other agencies.
Participate in annual compliance training and update internal procedures accordingly.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
3+ years of experience in affordable housing compliance or occupancy management.
Strong knowledge of HUD and LIHTC regulations.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi preferred
