Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) Location: Weston, WI Employment Type: Direct Placement Work Arrangement: 100% On-Site About the Role: You'll provide personalized financial services to members, act as a trusted advisor, originate investment-quality loans, and participate in real estate business development activities. Key Responsibilities: + Recommend financial solutions to improve members' situations + Originate investment-quality loans + Build strong relationships with branch staff and processors + Participate in real estate business development Qualifications: + Ability to attain NMLS license + 1+ year mortgage experience + 2+ years in financial services + Excellent customer service skills Preferred: + Associate's degree in finance/business + 5+ years mortgage lending experience + Familiarity with loan products (1st mortgages, 2nd mortgages, WHEDA, construction loans) Benefits: + Health insurance, 401(k) with match + Student loan repayment assistance + Generous PTO + Collaborative, fun work environment Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Weston, WI.
