Job Description

Mortgage Advisor: To be great at anything, one must specialize. For originators who love working with buyers, getting them pre-approved, and finalizing their loan structure, this role is for you. No prospecting, no chasing loan conditions, no BS. A Mortgage Advisor must have at least 2-5 years of experience and maintain an active license. Individuals must have versatility connecting with the various personality styles, strong technical knowledge on mortgage structuring, and strong communication skills and salesmanship. Critical thinking ability is critical to success. Most importantly, you must thrive in a fast-paced, winning environment. Responsibilities:

Evaluate clients' financial situations to provide appropriate mortgage advice and options.
Originate and structure loans tailored to clients' needs and financial capabilities.
Guide clients through the mortgage application process and ensure timely completion.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of loan products, programs, and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

Loan Product and Program Knowledge
NMLS license
Loan Origination Experience
Sales Experience
US Work Authorization
