Are you a compassionate and skilled therapist passionate about supporting whole-person, whole-family mental health care? We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our clinical team in a part-time role, providing high-quality, evidence-based therapy to children, teens, and families.

What You'll Do:
Provide evidence-based therapy to help children and teens achieve their mental health goals.
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, coaches, nurses, and behavioral case managers.
Engage in innovative therapy approaches, including piloting new protocols and techniques.
Participate in training on a proprietary curriculum and collaborative care model to enhance treatment effectiveness.
Who You Are:
A fully licensed clinician in Pennsylvania (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMHC); licensure in additional states is a plus.
Experienced in working with pediatric trauma; EMDR training is preferred.
Comfortable using telehealth platforms and technology to provide virtual care.
Highly organized, adaptable, and energized by working in a collaborative team setting.
Warm, engaging, and passionate about helping children and teens navigate their mental health journeys.
Available for evening hours, with potential opportunities for Saturday sessions.
