  • CAD & Tools: Using software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD to create and refine designs.
  • Teamwork & Communication: Collaborating effectively across disciplines and communicating technical concepts clearly.
  • Adaptability: Taking direction from senior engineers while building confidence and independence in your work.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
  • Knowledge of mathematical computing and analysis tools (e.g., MATLAB, Excel, LabView).
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze design challenges.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from senior engineers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.

  • 10 paid holidays + 120 hours PTO (starting in year one)
  • Access to ancillary benefits such as critical illness, accident, disability, legal and pet insurance.

WHY YOU’LL LOVE WORKING HERE:

  • Flexible Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a 9/80 work schedule with every other Friday off—whether you use it to recharge, work on a passion project, or spend time with family, the choice is yours.
