About the role: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team! The Marketing Specialist will work closely with our marketing team and own a variety of tasks and projects including: customer segmentation and data analysis, support for integrated marketing campaigns, and social media planning and execution. What you'll do:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to meet business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email marketing, and events
- Help manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement
- Assist in creating and editing marketing materials such as presentations and website content
- Proactively monitor marketing funnel and campaign metrics (conversion rates, campaign attribution, email performance), and produce actionable insights
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred
- 1-2 years prior experience in marketing through internships, full or part-time roles, or academic projects is preferred
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including social media management tools, email marketing software, and content management systems
- Experience building emails, nurture campaigns, and marketing automation workflows
- Working experience with a marketing automation tool (strong preference for Marketo)
- Working experience with a CRM (strong preference for Salesforce.com)
- Ability to prioritize and manage various projects based on changing business needs
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva is a plus
- Analytical mindset with a proficiency in gathering and interpreting data, translating findings into insightful actions to inform strategic marketing decisions
- Strong project management capabilities, demonstrating excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively plan, prioritize, and oversee the successful execution of marketing initiatives within specified timelines
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing strategies
