Position: Medical Esthetician

Our med spa is seeking a  driven, compassionate, and talented Licensed Esthetician to join our team. We're looking for someone who is deeply passionate about skincare and cosmetic treatments, and who thrives on creating a welcoming, results-driven experience for every client.

The ideal candidate combines  technical expertise with professionalism and genuine care , ensuring each guest feels valued, supported, and radiant in their own skin. Excellent communication skills and a client-centered approach are essential, as you'll play a key role in building trust, delivering outstanding outcomes, and fostering lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a wide range of results-driven treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and extractions.
  • Perform cutting-edge services such as microneedling, cryotherapy, LED light therapy, and other medical-grade skincare treatments (as licensed and trained).
  • Conduct in-depth skin analyses and design personalized treatment plans that help clients achieve radiant, healthy skin.
  • Build trust through accurate documentation of client records, treatment notes, and follow-up care to ensure consistent results.
  • Inspire and educate clients with expert skincare guidance, customized homecare routines, and pre- and post-treatment support.
  • Maintain pristine treatment areas and equipment, upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
  • Champion client results by recommending professional skincare products and complementary spa services.

Requirements:

  • Current Esthetician license.
  • Experience in medical esthetics
  • Knowledge of skincare products and treatments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule

Salary: $19 Hourly Pay + Tips & Commission

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
