A well-respected law firm in Downtown Atlanta is seeking a Legal Billing Coordinator with at least 3 years of law firm billing experience. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team working a hybrid schedule and using Elite 3E billing software.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and post client invoices using Elite 3E
Import billable time and prepare monthly statements
Handle e-billing submissions and follow-up
Assist with conflict checks, new client/matter setups, and timekeeper training
Respond to billing inquiries and provide ad hoc reports as needed
Requirements:
3+ years of billing experience in a law firm setting
Proficiency in Elite 3E or similar billing software
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
