We’re looking for energetic, outgoing, and people-ready individuals to join our team as Junior Brand Ambassadors . As a Junior Brand Ambassador, you’ll represent nonprofit partners and client brands at live events, community activations, and promotional campaigns . Your focus will be engaging with the public, sharing meaningful information, and helping increase awareness and support for charitable initiatives.
No experience required—we provide paid training, one-on-one coaching, and ongoing support to help you succeed.
Interact with event attendees and the public to introduce client campaigns
Clearly communicate brand messaging in a friendly, positive manner
Assist with event setup, booth preparation, and promotional displays
Support in-person fundraising and outreach efforts
Create memorable, uplifting customer interactions
Represent client brands with professionalism and energy
Collaborate with the team to achieve campaign goals
Record interactions and report feedback to leadership
Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable starting conversations
Strong communication and people skills
Reliable, punctual, and coachable
Positive attitude and ability to stay engaged in busy environments
Team-oriented mindset
Must be able to work on-site at events (no remote options)
