Work with Users, Product Manager, and the scrum team to gather, understand and define business requirements and produce deliverables.
Analyze Business, System, and functional requirements and translate the needs into User stories.
Participate in sprint plan, daily scrum, backlog grooming, and sprint review meetings to give updates on the work and resolve the impediments if any.
Able to respond to customer escalations, create tickets, and work with the development team to address the ticket.
Develop prototypes using fundamental paper prototyping methods to match the client requirements in the discovery phase.
Log User stories and the defect in JIRA and attached the respective test results.
Establish a User Acceptance Test (UAT) plan and test case scenarios to guide a select group of key end users in testing the user interface and functionality of the application.
Work closely with the development team to ensure all requirements are met without any roadblocks.
Maintain technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Requirements: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering or related with at least 6 months of experience. Salary from $75,504 to $80,000.
