IT System Administrator

We are seeking a motivated IT System Administrator with 3 5 years of experience to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic hybrid environment, values teamwork, and brings both technical expertise and positive energy.

You'll be responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting our IT infrastructure-including servers, networks, and systems-both on-premises and in the cloud (Azure). This role requires someone who enjoys solving problems, has hands-on experience with Windows environments, and is proactive in keeping systems secure, reliable, and efficient.

Key Resonsibilities:

• Systems & Server Administration: Manage and support Windows servers, systems, and applications.
• Network Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve LAN issues, connectivity challenges, and server-related problems.
• User & Account Management: Create and manage user accounts, both on-premises and in Azure AD.
• Backup & Disaster Recovery: Maintain and manage backups (experience with Veeam or similar systems preferred).
• Virtualization: Support and manage Hyper-V environments; exposure to virtualization technologies is a plus.
• DNS/DHCP Administration: Assist with network configuration and management; experience in this area is highly desirable.
• Hybrid Infrastructure Support: Work across on-premises and cloud-based systems.
• Technical Support: Provide end-user support for desktops, applications, and basic IT issues when needed.
• Collaborate with IT leadership and DevOps to ensure system performance, reliability, and security.

Qualifications:

• 3 5 years of experience in IT Systems or System Administration roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows environments (servers, networks, systems).
• Working knowledge of Azure AD and hybrid environments.
• Familiarity with LAN troubleshooting, backups, and server administration.
• Experience with Veeam backups (or similar backup tools) strongly preferred.
• Bonus skills: Hyper-V, DNS/DHCP admin, IT support experience.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and the ability to work well independently and in a team.
