Local County Government client seeks an experienced Oracle Technical Specialist to lead the completion of a critical re-platforming project for an enterprise Oracle-based solution. This role involves upgrading and migrating the entire Oracle stack (including database, middleware, identity management, and UI components) to supported versions, ensuring system stability and modernization.
Complete migration of Oracle subsystems:
Responsibilities:
Extensive experience with: Oracle DB versions 11g, 12c, 19c. Oracle Middleware (OAS, OID) 10g and 12c. WebLogic 11/12. Oracle Forms/Reports upgrade (10g to 12c). Strong Linux and shell scripting skills. Experience with Oracle Single Sign-On and enterprise identity management. Proven track record in large-scale Oracle migrations and upgrades.
Preferred Certifications: Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) for Database and Middleware. WebLogic Server Administration certification
