HVAC and/or Plumbing Project Executive needed for a well-respected, growing mechanical contractor in the LA area! Come work for a company that has many years of proven excellence, great compensation and benefits that include ESOP and show no signs of slowing down!!

Do you bring 10+ years of mechanical construction project management experience? If so, we want to hear from you!

Project types include higher education, government, healthcare, Industrial, and commercial building projects.

Project Executive Skills:

* Team Management
* Develop, establish, and administer procedures and systems pertaining to team management matters.
* Prepare workload, sales forecasts and team resources/schedule for administrative and managerial functions.
* Provide workload forecasting as new projects are secured and provide progress analysis regarding prospective unsecured projects.
* Client Liaison/Communication
* Represent company at meetings with project clients and other project stakeholders as required.
* Mentor staff in all phases of design process and make recommendations to HR on training requirements.
* Utilize leadership skills and motivation techniques to maximize employee productivity and satisfaction.

Project Executive Qualifications:

* 10+ years of HVAC and/or plumbing construction Project Management experience
* Sales and Estimating experience.
* Superior interpersonal skills with clients and staff
* Communication and coaching skills
* Demonstrated leadership abilities.
* Project budgeting skills
* Able to promptly resolve team management problems.
