HRIS Project - HR Lead

As part of our ongoing Transformation Programme, we are looking for an HR Lead to support our ambitious HRIS Programme on a fixed term contract basis.
The role of HR Lead in the HRIS project will be responsible for the implementation of SuccessFactors, working closely with the organisations implementation partner. This role has a key role to undertake within the Tarmac project team.
As the HR lead you will be an experienced SuccessFactors functional consultant or a Senior HR Manager with experience of implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Recruitment and Onboarding. You'll have a passion for creating people solutions and a strong desire and commitment for the delivery of customer satisfaction. This role will be key in identifying opportunities to streamline and simplify processes within organisational guidelines.
******This is a Fixed term contract expected to last one year.******
