Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Santa Ana, CA. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing HR functions, including New Hire onboarding, Time & Attendance management, and enforce employee training program completion. This position requires a proactive approach to HR initiatives and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals. This position will also provide some administrative support for Brea, CA location.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR programs that support the organization's objectives.
Manage the new hire onboarding process, including I-9 verification and new hire orientation.
Facilitate training development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
ADP Workforce Now for efficient HR operations.
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify workforce needs and develop strategic HR plans.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout all HR practices.
Maintain accurate employee records and manage data reporting as required.
Experience
Proven experience in human resources management or a related field.
Service oriented employee with willingness to help with minor and complex employee situations.
Strong skills in program management and training development.
Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and manage relationships with stakeholders.
Experience working with senior leadership on strategic HR initiatives is preferred.
Highly Preferred
Fluent in Vietnamese or Spanish
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
