Job Description

**MANTECH seeks** a highly motivated, career and customer-oriented Executive Director of Business Development and Capture to lead growth initiatives within the U.S. Intelligence Community. This position will work closely with Sector and Growth leadership to develop an executable Market Account Plan focused on identifying, qualifying, and winning new business across critical national security missions. **Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** + Drive business expansion efforts within the Intelligence Community, with a focus on cross sector planning and investments. + Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in areas such as mission support, enterprise IT, software development, cloud infrastructure, data analytics, and technical services across the organization and its stakeholders. + Cultivate deep knowledge of organizational capabilities, technology offerings, and business objectives to align tailored solutions that successfully support critical mission requirements by collaborating with operational and technical teams. + Build and manage strong customer relationships and strategic industry partnerships to support long-term growth and teaming opportunities. + Analyze customer budgets (e.g., NIP/MIP) and market trends to uncover actionable opportunities within the IC. + Lead solutioning for IC opportunities leveraging internal capabilities and partner capabilities. + Author artifacts to be used for SOWs, White Papers, Technical Solutions, Proposals and other like products. + Help sector leadership define investments to execute account strategies. + Help develop account strategies with internal stakeholders. **Minimum Qualifications** + Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution, in a technical related discipline. + 20+ years of related experience in increasing responsibilities in technical roles and 10+ years supporting Capture and/or Business Development with a proven track record of helping win opportunities with Intelligence Community customers. + Demonstrated experience with Intelligence, IT modernization, or advanced technical missions. + Possess strong relationships within key IC mission organizations as required, including knowledge of their respective missions and stakeholders. + Demonstrated track record of consistently winning opportunities up to $1B. + Strong understanding of mission domains (e.g., Intelligence Analysis, IT Infrastructure, Software Engineering, or Data Management) to effectively engage with customer leadership. **Preferred Qualifications** + Strong reputation within appropriate customer communities and a mix of direct program management experience and familiarity with one or more of the following solutions areas: Enterprise IT Modernization, Cloud Migration, Advanced Analytics, Software Engineering, or Mission Operations Support. **Clearance Requirement** + Must have a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph. **Physical Requirements:** + Must be able to remain in stationary position for up to 50% of the time. + Must be able to deliver clear and effective communication both verbally and non-verbally to deliver updates; briefings; or interface with co-workers; leadership as well as customer. + Must be able to work in an office environment and be able to freely move within this space to utilize office equipment as well as interface with co-workers and customers. + Must be able to effectively use IT peripherals such as laptop, desktop, printer, etc. MANTECH International Corporation considers all qualified applicants for employment without regard to disability or veteran status or any other status protected under any federal, state, or local law or regulation.
