What You'll Do

* Lead end-to-end ERP implementations, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to define project goals and execution plans.
* Manage project risks, resources, and timelines across multiple concurrent engagements.
* Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication and strategic problem-solving.

Basic Qualifications

* Proven experience managing large ERP implementation projects (any major ERP platform, ideally D365 F&O).
* QAD experience is a strong plus, but not required.
* Background in consulting with a legitimate ERP partner; Big 5 experience preferred.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
