What You’ll Do

As an Enrichment Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring every pup has a tail-wagging good time. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and engaging with dogs in playgroups to ensure safety and fun.
• Creating and implementing enrichment activities to stimulate dogs’ minds and bodies.
• Monitoring dog behavior and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment.
• Providing exceptional care and attention to the needs of each dog.
• Working to provide a clean and safe environment.
• Communicating with team members and dog parents to ensure a seamless experience.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for someone who:

• Has at least 1 year of experience working with dogs or in a related field.
• Is passionate about animal care and has a genuine love for dogs.
• Thrives in a team environment and communicates effectively.
• Is comfortable working in an active, fast-paced setting.
• Is reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
