**Job Title: Electronics Technician - Bench Level Avionics/Radio Repair** **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electronic components, parts, equipment, and systems, including testing, modifications, replacements, and repairs. + Complete documentation such as shop and work order records and submit required reports. + Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, procedures, and technical manuals. + Utilize the company database to locate parts and manuals. + Apply principles and basic theories of electronics, electrical circuitry, mathematics, testing, and elementary physics. **Essential** **Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in radio operations is essential. + A strong aptitude for precise mechanical tasks with exceptional accuracy is necessary. + Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle multiple projects at once are required. + Fundamental communication skills, encompassing written, verbal, and interpersonal interactions, are important. + A minimum of two years of education in electronics or equivalent training and experience is mandatory. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values high integrity and ethical standards, where quality and customer service are a priority.
