Responsibilities:

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the development and ongoing delivery of clinical supervision, evidenced-based practices, clinical training and program development for IDD Services.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develops and delivers clinical training and therapeutic models for IDD services to increase overall clinical program integrity, improve existing programs, and provide quality treatment to IDD clients and their families
  • Provides clinical supervision and professional development on the most up-to-date, evidenced-based practices in the applied behavioral analysis
  • Provides required clinical consultation for licensing Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) including but not limited to individual, group field supervision
  • Supports BCBAs and licensed professional counselors in preparing for professional licensing/certification by assisting with the application process and assisting in preparing for final accreditation examinations.
  • Provides ongoing support to clinical support to homes and oversite of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts.
  • Serves as a clinical consultant on special projects or individual cases, as needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS :

  • BCBA Supervisor certification
  • A minimum of three years Supervisory and training experience.
  • Experience/training in evidenced-based practices and clinical/therapeutic treatment models
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage and prioritize multiple, often competing, priorities
  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated strong time management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated excellent judgment with the ability to independently solve problems and make decisions with little or no need for direct supervision
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate future needed changes or identify problem areas and take effective actions
  • Must possess excellent customer interaction, collaboration, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated intermediate experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; Access, Publisher and report-writer experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Electronic Health Record (EHR) / Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
  • Must possess a current, valid driver's license in state of residence, have a minimum of two (2) years of driving experience within the United States, and have an acceptable driving record
