Design and Tech Consultant Location Ohio : Design and Technical Consultant Do you love to design exciting training products Can you collaborate with teams to implement initiatives that make a difference? About the Role As a Print Visual Design Analyst, you will be consulting, designing, and developing learning experiences. You will be working cross-functionally with Sales, Performance Consultants, Marketing, and Product Management. You will build a deep understanding of product functionality and customer product messaging strategies. Responsibilities
- Designing presentations via audio/video objects, animation, product demonstrations, webinars, photo treatment, web pages, and print
- Collaborating with peers cross-functionally to share best ideas and program content, functionality, and design
- Translating learning concepts and/or written content into tangible instruction using storyboards or other templates
- Conducting evaluation studies to assess the effectiveness of a strategic training initiative
- Creating project deliverables, identifying risks, managing issues, and communicating with project partners
- Designing and developing data collection tools
Requirements - Have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in learning design and development in both online and instructor-led formats.
- Demonstrating portfolio showing creative, design and software skills
- Be able to share a portfolio showing creative, design, and software skills
- Having a great knowledge of instructional design, including needs and task analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation
- Have experience of the following eLearning development tools: Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360 Rise or Storyline
- Video production and graphic design skills and competencies with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, Camtasia). Experience with online hosting platforms such as, Microsoft Teams and Zoom
- Significant knowledge of the online information, marketing or legal industry preferred.
- Must be able to travel 1-2 times per year
