Description Key Responsibilities: ? Collect, organize, and prepare source documents for data entry. ? Accurately enter both alphabetic and numeric data into the assigned system. ? Ensure data entered is free of errors by reviewing and correcting discrepancies. ? Follow company security and confidentiality procedures, especially regarding HIPAA regulations. ? Perform light office tasks such as filing, sorting, and proofreading as needed. ? Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
