Our company, Closet Factory, is the custom storage solution authority serving Northeast Ohio's need for custom space organization throughout the home. We design, sell and install custom closets, home offices, garages, wall beds, pantries, bookshelves and more. Our products are of the highest quality. We have served the NE Ohio market place for 26 years and are part of a nationwide network of companies leading the growing custom storage industry. We have experienced significant, long-term growth and as a result are searching for another member to add to our close-knit Production Team. Our woodworking facility produces all of the wood components to complete our cabinet product line using the 32-millimeter system. Members of our factory prepare each job and check it for accuracy and quality before it leaves for the client’s home. This position will build on your current woodworking knowledge and skills to learn the Closet Factory production process and prepare you for additional job challenges. Grow with us! Job Benefits:

Specific Requirements:

• One to two years of woodworking experience required
• Experience operating woodworking equipment, Sliding Table Saw, preferred
• Experience reading design plans, cut lists, CAD Drawings, a plus
• Capable of using basic hand tools and small power tools
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients
• Agree that client satisfaction is the company's and your top priority
• A Valid Drivers license, good driving record and your own reliable transportation to work
