Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Barista to join our team. As a Barista at Meg-a-latte, you will be responsible for creating delicious coffee beverages, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to a welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages that adhere to the company’s high standards.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Operate coffee-making equipment, including espresso machines and grinders.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
