Job Description Summary
Provide general admin support and staffing to Allred Pool. The Gate Attendant is responsible for monitoring access to the Allred Pool Deck during open swim hours and Allred Pool Events when necessary. This position ensures that only authorized Chapman University students faculty and staff use the facility by checking Chapman ID cards and confirming completion of the required liability form before entry.

Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities Office Assistant (Athletic Department): Check Chapman University IDs for all individuals entering the pool deck Confirm that each individual has completed the required liability form for pool use Maintain an organized and professional presence at the pool entrance Communicate politely and clearly with pool users and staff Report any unauthorized access or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor other duties as assigned by supervisor

Required Qualifications
Little to minimal prior experience. Ability to learn support process.
