**Aircraft Sheet Metal Mechanic in** **_Georgetown, Delaware_** **Pay Rate: between $35 to $50.00/hr** **Work on Elite Aircraft Projects** Join our team supporting **new Boeing 737 BBJs** and **Airbus A220 ACJs** , where you'll play a key role in structural assembly, installations, and modifications. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to high-profile corporate and commercial jet programs in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. **Responsibilities** + Perform **sheet metal assembly, installations, and modifications** on aircraft structures. + Accurately **read and interpret engineering drawings** and technical documentation. + Utilize **personal tools** that are etched and inventoried. + Collaborate with a team to meet project deadlines and quality standards. **Qualifications** + **5+ years** of experience in aircraft sheet metal or structural work. + Proven ability to perform **assembly, modification, and installation** tasks. + Experience with **Boeing and Airbus aircraft** preferred. + Comfortable working **5+ hours of overtime weekly** . + Flexible to work **1st or 2nd shift** . **Preferred Experience** + Experience in **commercial aircraft, regional jets, helicopters, or corporate jets** . + Familiarity with **hand and power tools** used in aviation maintenance. + Experience in a **Part 145 repair station** or similar regulated environment. **Why Join Us?** + Gain hands-on experience with **corporate and commercial jet projects** . + Work in a **Part 145 repair station** with potential for **long-term contracts** and **permanent employment** . + Enjoy **regular overtime opportunities** and exposure to cutting-edge aircraft platforms. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Georgetown, DE. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
